Woodworker and artist, Larry White was Sam's first full-time employee. Today Larry is an accomplished master woodworker and artist who brings his personal story and expertise to this informative and exciting workshop.
This course is modeled after our extraordinary Maloof Veterans Workshop, launched in 2013, and available previously only to men and women veterans of the US military. Now open to participants over 18 years of age with little or no previous woodworking experience, this course is a great way to jumpstart a new woodworking passion, renew and refresh existing skills, or find new inspiration for your next stage of exploration.
Tuition includes wood and materials.
Drinks and snacks are also provided, but please pack a lunch for each day’s 1-hour mid-day meal break, to be enjoyed in The Maloof’s olive tree-shaded courtyard, weather permitting.
