Maloof Home and Collection Docent-Led Tour

This 1 hour docent-led tour will introduce the story of Sam and Alfreda Maloof's home, family, art collection, and relocation to its current site.  

This tour also includes a short video about Sam Maloof and the historic home.

Available Thursdays and Saturdays 

Thursdays: 12:00 and 2:00 p.m.

Saturdays: 12:30 and 1:30 p.m.

Prices:

Adults: $15.00

Seniors (65 and over): $12.00

Military (with ID): $12.00

Students (with ID): $10.00

Children (5-12): $5.00

 New 1.5 hour Maloof Legacy Docent-Led Tour

This 1.5 hour Maloof Legacy tour will focus on Sam's woodworking legacy. In addition to seeing Sam and Alfreda's home and art, the tour will include viewing Sam's workshop and wood storage barn.  This longer tour will also provide opportunities for visitors to consider the evolution of Maloof furniture designs and technique, culminating with a visit to the

Sam Maloof Woodworker, Inc. showroom.

Saturdays: 1:00 and 2:00 p.m.

Prices:

Adults: $25.00

Seniors (65 and over): $22.00

Military (with ID) $22.00

Students (with ID): $20.00

Thursday and Saturday, 12-4 pm

Gates open at 11:45am

Tours are non-refundable.

We would be happy to reschedule your tour if needed.

There is no charge to visit the Maloof Discovery Gardens or

 the Jacobs Education Center Gallery on days we are open to the public.

You do not need to have a reservation to view these public areas.

 

No interior photography allowed.

All bags & purses must be locked up in our Coat Room

prior to touring the Historic Home.

The only way to view the Historic Home is by taking a Docent led tour.

The Sam and Alfreda Maloof Foundation for Arts and Crafts is a member of the Historic Artists' Homes and Studios program (HAHS) of the National Trust for Preservation.  HAHS is a coaltion of 30 museums that were homes and working studios of American artists. Come, witness creativity!

Maloof Service Animal Policy

The Maloof welcomes all visitors, including those assisted by a service animal. Visitors with a registered service animal are permitted in all publicly accessible areas.

 

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), The Maloof recognizes only dogs as Service Animals. These animals are specifically trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animal at all times, and are required to keep them on a leash or harness while visiting.

 

Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under the ADA; we apologize for the inconvenience, however, The Maloof is unable to accommodate them.
