Soul

An exhibit of artists of Sam's beloved Pomona Valley, including friends of Sam

Aug 9, 2025 - Dec 21, 2025

Sam Maloof was a great supporter of local artists. The title for the show ‘Soul,’ references a quote by Sam Maloof regarding his own artwork.

Show Title: SOUL

“There's a lot of work being done today that doesn't have any soul in it. The technique may be the utmost perfection, yet it is lifeless. It doesn't have a soul.

I hope my furniture has a soul to it.”

-Sam Maloof
