Creativity isn’t a gift. It’s a rebellion.

A rebellion against the idea that you have to fit into a box. Against the pressure to be perfect, polished, and “finished.” This retreat is for the wild-hearted, the ones who feel the stirrings of something inside them that’s ready to break free. It's for those who want to create but don’t know where to begin. Those who wonder if they’re allowed to follow their instincts.

I’ve been there too, feeling like the “real” me was buried beneath years of stories I didn’t choose. The pull between what I know I can be and the fear of stepping into it. This retreat is a portal to your wild, untamed creativity. It’s about taking the leap into a world where you are the creator, the innovator, the dreamer.

In this space, we’ll leave behind the noise of the world and sink into our senses. You’ll reconnect with the earth beneath your feet and the fire inside you. We’ll use art, movement, and reflection to unleash your creativity, break through old fears, and discover the power that’s always been yours.

The practices you’ll learn here won’t just inspire you, they’ll ignite a fire inside you. You’ll leave with a toolkit to sustain your creative energy long after the retreat ends.

This isn’t just about making things. It’s about making space for what’s been waiting to emerge.

Join a small, dedicated group of explorers, and let’s build something meaningful together. A light lunch will be served.

Come as you are. Leave with the spark of possibility alive inside you. Spaces are limited. To prepare, join the mailing list at MichelleDowd.org.
